SWiS leads onto further CPD

Harriet Catt from Thomas Peacocke shares her experience of SWiS.

During a previous employment I was trained as a Personal Assistant. Although I had many years experience I did not have a qualification that recognised this.

Achieving my SWiS and NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration has given me more than just a nationally recognised qualification. Having been given this opportunity, I feel valued as an employee. As the qualifications were based on the work I do every day, which I previously took for granted, I have gained confidence as it has made me realise how much I have achieved.

I have a young child so have to maintain a happy balance between working full time and being a good mother. I was able to carry out the majority of the work required for my portfolio during my working day with the support, flexibility and understanding of the NVQ Team at Thomas Peacocke.

I would thoroughly recommend these qualifications to others.
