Qualifications

There are many different qualifications for support staff.  

Each individual qualification links to a particular type of qualification, for example, National Vocational Qualification(NVQ), Foundation Degree or Certificate of Higher Education.  

One qualification may naturally lead into another. This could provide a pathway through different levels of achievment, at the required pace for the individual learner.

Various training routes may lead to the achievement of  a status, such as Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
